BabelVoice is a tool for recording audio, importing audio, offline or local transcription, copying text, and exporting text. Specific features may vary depending on device model, operating system version, permission settings, model download status, and network conditions.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to record, import, transcribe, store, or share the relevant audio content.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding recording, privacy, intellectual property, and data handling.
• You may not use BabelVoice for illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

3. Transcription Results

Speech transcription may contain incorrect words, missing words, punctuation errors, language recognition errors, or timestamp inaccuracies. BabelVoice does not guarantee that transcription results will be completely accurate. For legal, medical, financial, business decision-making, or other high-risk uses, you should manually review the transcript.

4. Local Models and Third-Party Components

BabelVoice may use Apple system capabilities, open-source components, and local speech models. BabelVoice does not use other third-party cloud service models. These components may be subject to their own licenses, usage restrictions, and availability.

5. Data Storage and Backups

Recordings and transcripts are usually stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app, system cleanup, device failure, or manual deletion may result in data loss. Please back up important content yourself.

BabelVoice is provided as is. We work to keep features stable, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every audio file, or able to meet every specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, BabelVoice.
